Pennanular Brooch

Pennanular meaning formed as an incomplete ring has been used since the 7th century to fasten capes and cloaks effectively without tearing any fabric.  Recreated here in Alpaca Silver polished and laquered to stop it tarnishing.

Measures 7cm x 3.5cm small and the larger size ids 9cm x 5xm (pin and circular part)
